If it's something you're meant to say YES to, your heart will skip a beat or give you a little burst of energy. Pay attention to that, instead of to whatever chatter your mind is doing. Give yourself the time you need to hear your heart. Get into the habit of saying, "I'm not sure, let me get back to you."

I'm driving along in Phx...I look to my right and see a building that had just burned down...then notice the next store also had burnt and the next and so on....I turn the corner and think I hope the other stores arent burnt but they are also...I realize it had just happened with all the smoke still rising.
